HKSDK V5i – Professional, warm and waterproof

The HKSDK V5i is an updated version of the classic V5 safety boot, designed specifically for harsh Nordic winters. Completely metal-free to prevent cold bridges, it features a TPA plastic toe cap, Tech-Fiber midsole, and a breathable, waterproof Aqua-Cell® membrane. Insulated with Thinsulate Ultra, it keeps feet warm down to -30°C. Tested under extreme conditions in Greenland and Norway.

The HKSDK V5i builds on the trusted legacy of the V5, offering a rugged and reliable safety boot tailored for the demanding Nordic winter climate. This updated model is entirely metal-free, eliminating cold bridges that cause discomfort in freezing temperatures. It features a TPA plastic toe cap and Tech-Fiber anti-penetration midsole, combining lightweight protection with flexibility.

The boot’s Aqua-Cell® membrane ensures it is both 100% waterproof and breathable, allowing moisture to escape while keeping water out. Inside, Thinsulate Ultra insulation provides frost protection down to -30°C, making the V5i suitable for the coldest work environments. The rubber outsole is specially designed to withstand freezing temperatures and delivers enhanced slip resistance on icy surfaces.

Tested rigorously in extreme conditions across Greenland and Norway, the V5i offers dependable warmth, protection, and durability. To maintain the boot’s breathability and dryness, it is recommended to avoid thick or cotton socks that can trap moisture.
